Dave (Rudy) Joyce Sr. started plumbing and heating 1958. Dave Joyce Jr. took his father up on the offer to join him in tandem when he was only seven years old. By 1991, Dave Joyce Sr. and Dave Joyce Jr. were the premier plumbing and heating duo in Western, Pennsylvania. With Dave Sr., Dave Jr. and Helen Joyce (Accounting and Manager, Dave Sr's wife) the Joyce's quickly set themselves apart from other local heating and plumbing companies.
In 1995 the company Incorporated to become Joyce Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. with Dave (Jr.) as the President and Marlene Cribbs Joyce (Dave Jr.'s Wife) as Vice President.
